Location: 15 minutes west of Dallas, off I-30
Pay: First-Year Earnings Potential: $100k–$150k; Transition to Full Commission in Year 2
Commission: Earn from Day 1, with a gradual shift to a commission-only structure in the second year.

Role Overview:

As an Outside PACKAGING Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in our growth by developing new business and managing key accounts in the packaging sector. Your primary goals will be to generate new leads, expand our client base, and maintain strong customer relationships within your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Account Management: Strengthen existing client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Market Insights: Analyze trends and competitor activities to support strategic sales efforts.
• Sales Tools: Leverage Salesforce (or similar) for tracking activities, managing leads, and reporting performance.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay current with product offerings and packaging industry trends to communicate value effectively.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven background in outside sales, MUST have packaging industry experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM tools), strong analytical and communication abilities (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
• Mindset: Proactive problem-solver focused on customer satisfaction.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license for territory travel and a commitment to be on-site in Dallas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

• Packaging Sales: 2 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Dallas, TX 75212: Relocate before starting work (Required)
