Position Summary

CIMCO is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to administer the Parts sales process for our Montreal Office.

Role Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service when taking orders, and problem solving in a professional manner
  • Interacting with current suppliers effectively; quoting and placing orders as well sourcing new potential suppliers
  • Quoting part and material sales to customers and opening parts orders and filling POs
  • Working with a variety of communication platforms: SAP, CRM, Microsoft Office and Teams, online portals excel, server library, text messages, emails, phone calls
  • Navigating inventory systems, supplier networks and helping warehouse with Montreal warehouse period cycle counts and inventory management
  • Assist with warranty related parts, sorting parts related warranty requests
  • Creating part #’s, looking up parts and parts manuals for customers and sales account managers
  • Learning from and assisting technicians and service sales on an ongoing basis in a technical field
  • Creating Customer Service Agreements for HVAC clients as per the manager’s approved list
  • Collection of the accounts receivables for HVAC Clients as per the manager’s approved list
  • Other general administrative tasks as required

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in working with parts for HVAC industrial supply (asset)
  • Construction related customer service and/or Sales Experience
  • Professional communication skills, both interpersonal and digital
  • Experience with Microsoft products, SAP and proficient in keyboarding
  • Valid Driver’s license
