Dispensary Budtender & Wholesale Sales Representative

Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products, provide information about different strains and consumption methods, and ensure a positive and safe experience for all customers.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products based on their preferences and needs
- Provide detailed information about different strains, potency levels, and consumption methods
- Educate customers on responsible cannabis use and safety guidelines
- Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary floor
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers with accuracy
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, regulations, and product offerings

-Packaging Wholesale orders

-Help ensure that all orders are being completed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate pricing calculations
- Familiarity with different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluency in or other languages is an asset for serving diverse customer base
- Understanding of technical sales techniques for promoting products effectively

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
