Your Role:

Choose your own adventure! Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. Your role will include:

• Working with senior engineers and designers in the design of a wide variety of buildings and other structural systems.
• Working and collaborating with an established, multidisciplinary, integrated technical team of architects, planners, engineers, and technologists to ensure that project deadlines are met, and final deliverables align with client expectations.
• Analyzing and designing new building structures utilizing industry-leading software (CSI suite, Altair).
• Developing designs to modify existing structures and designing additions and/or repairs.
• Carrying out studies, preparing reports, developing design documents, and providing services during construction.
• Discussing, developing, and communicating ideas with verbal and graphic clarity utilizing a design process and collaboration model that includes a wide range of tools, such as drawing/sketching, modelling, and 3D work.
• Participating in continued education through formal technical training and collaborative presentations such as lunch and learns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Greater Sudbury, ON P3E 6G2
