Job Title: Service Engineer – Medical Imaging (X-ray, R&F, C-arm, Portables)

Salary Range: $80,000 – $130,000 + Overtime (10-30%)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing medical imaging equipment, including General X-ray, R&F, C-arm, and Portables. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working on medical imaging systems and formal training from an OEM or accredited third-party organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on General X-ray, Rad Rooms, C-arms, and Portables.
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance, including calibrations and system verifications.
- Troubleshoot and repair Siemens CT and MRI systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Independently manage service calls and travel to various customer sites, often requiring overnight stays.
- Document all service activities accurately and in compliance with company quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with the account manager and customers, providing updates on services and repairs.
- Maintain and assess test equipment and company assets required for job functions.
- Continuously learn and gain knowledge of imaging equipment to stay updated on industry advancements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with medical imaging equipment, specifically General X-ray, Rad Rooms, C-arms, and Portables.
- OEM or accredited third-party training in medical imaging equipment is required.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to resolve issues in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
- Ability to communicate professionally with both internal and external customers.
Travel Requirements:
- Frequent travel within California, with occasional overnight stays.
- Must be willing to drive distances within a 4-hour radius and take flights for longer distances.
Work Schedule:
- Primarily Monday to Friday during normal business hours, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $130,000, depending on experience
