Position: Experienced Service Business Development Center (BDC) Manager
We are seeking a qualified Service BDC Manager with a robust background in customer service and proven experience in the automotive industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a professional ready to make an impact in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate BDC representatives by setting a positive example
- Collect, analyze, and report on department metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Maximize sales and profitability of the internet sales department
- Provide escalated support for staff and customers to resolve issues effectively
- Create and sustain a process-driven work environment
- Forecast departmental goals and objectives to ensure alignment with company targets
- Track and manage department appointments, calls, sales, and contacts through the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with other department managers and leadership to drive cohesive efforts
- Recruit, hire, manage, and oversee performance for all BDC employees
- Experience with eLEAD CRM is a plus but not required
Qualifications
- 2+ years of automotive industry experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build an effective team
- Proficient in multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus but not required
