We are a family-owned generator manufacturing company looking for a Field Office Manager that lives within an hour of Elkhart County Indiana, even across the state line into Michigan is acceptable. We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual that shares our values. This person will be responsible for the sales and service of our generators in this area. There is not currently a branch/ field office in that area. This will be established once business is built up in that area. This would be a new role in our company and will be managed from the corporate headquarters. This person will be paid a salary plus commission but will be required to do other duties besides selling. This person must be mechanically inclined and have basic mechanics tools.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain relationships with RV and other vehicle manufacturers.
- Manage any inventory at your location
-Work with factory Managers to get the Items your field office requires resources and guidance.
- Report weekly to the factory on business activities from meetings with customers, sales projections, customer needs, feedback, etc.
-Work with Business Development Manager on strategy for targeting customers
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Mechanical Skill in engines and electrical
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in customer correspondence

Pay: $62,907.00 - $70,003.00 per year
