Job Description

Quadric is the inventor of a future-proof AI/ML embedded processor solution - called the Chimera GPNPU (General Purpose Neural Processing Unit). Licensed as IP, the Chimera GPNPU is a programmable processor that is targeted to run neural network (NN) inference workloads in a wide variety of edge and endpoint devices, ranging from battery operated smart-sensor systems to high-performance automotive or autonomous vehicle systems. Unlike other NPUs or neural network accelerators in the industry today that can only accelerate a portion of a machine learning graph, the Quadric GPNPU executes both NN graph code and conventional C++ DSP and control code.

If making a significant difference and having an influential role is important to you, this position is ideal. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and will be tasked with leading and expanding Quadric's global sales team. The current team is spread across Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Europe, and the USA.

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute global sales strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Define and implement sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Build and manage relationships with key strategic customers/partners
  • Lead digital transformation of sales operations when needed

Team Management & Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales leaders and teams
  • Create performance management frameworks
  • Develop succession plans for critical sales roles
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture

Revenue & Target Management

  • Set and allocate revenue targets across regions/segments
  • Design compensation plans and sales incentive structures
  • Establish sales quotas and KPIs
  • Monitor pipeline health and forecast accuracy

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence
  • Track and optimize key metrics (win rates, sales cycle length, etc.)
  • Use data analytics to identify growth opportunities
  • Regular reporting to C-suite on sales performance and forecasts

Experience

B.S in Computer Science or EE (or equivalent experience) is preferred.

15+ years of Semiconductor IP Sales experience in the field of embedded processors (CPUs/GPUs/DSPs/accelerators) or adjacent IP products in a consultative selling environment is required. Experience directly with machine learning is desirable.

Recent semiconductor business relationships with top tier companies in the areas (in order of importance): Consumer (e.g. Cameras), Automotive (ADAS/AD) and/or Industrial
