GreenPath Financial Wellness is amidst a digital transformation journey that will transform how we do business with technology. You will be key to this transformation by collaborating with business leaders to understand and document data needs. You’ll collaborate with the data platform team to gather requirements for the data warehouse and business intelligence solutions. Accurately and efficiently document data requirements for the the Power-BI Dashboards and SSRS Reports. Your analysis of the information will optimize the data and facilitate data driven decisions.

You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, you may have equivalent experience.
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and requirements gathering for operational reporting, business intelligence and data warehouse projects.
- Experience working with Word, Excel, T-SQL queries using SQL Server management studio and PowerBI.
- Data discovery and exploration using SQL queries, PowerBI or Excel.
- Understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling including OLAP cubes.
- Experience in Business and Data analysis.
- Experience in Agile methodology and Azure DevOps
- Experience in the financial services industry or call center is preferred.
- Experience creating Product Backlog items with appropriate acceptance criteria.
- Strong integrity, accuracy, positivity and dependability
- Motivation to be a self-starter and work independently on multiple projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- An ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to interface and collaborate well with business and technical stakeholders
The Day to Day:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements, formulate use cases, and then translate that into report or dashboard requirements document.
- Requirements gathering for Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports.
- Analysis and documentation of source data and data structures and source to Data warehouse mappings.
- Understand data transformation rules required to fulfill business requirements
- Perform data validation for reports and dashboards once ready for UAT.
- Facilitate UAT and obtain business stakeholder’s signoff for production release.
- Ensure the work delivered is of quality and meets the business criteria.
- Effectively communicate and interact with business and technical personnel to solve complex data related business problems.
- Create and maintain enterprise data catalogs, data dictionary and data flow diagrams.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to our data trends, data patterns, data quality monitoring, data cleansing, data stewardship etc.
- Contribute to Enterprise data strategy while working with data architects and product owner.
- Understand and document Ad-hoc report requests within the stipulated turnaround times.
- Maintain an enthusiastic, positive attitude and be a dependable team member.
