Essential Job Functions:
- Follow-up with generated leads from multiple sources.
- Prospect, initiate, and qualify self-generated leads.
- Accurately bid products for customers while offering the best customer service.
- Run office leads given from the dispatch department.
- Set, meet and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts in attempt to offer the best possible price for customers.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the corporate office to ensure quality customer communication and expectations.
- Develop business relationships with past, current, and potential customers to reach prospective customers.
- Resolve customer questions and/or concerns while informing customers on the process of order e.g. install date and finance inquiries.
- Adhere to Company standard demonstration.
- Attend all required training/development meetings.
- Report all appointment results to the Dispatch Department in accordance to Company Policy.
- Execute and retain training methods and protocols.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Valid CA driver license.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
- Reliable vehicle/mode of transportation.
- Self-starter.
- Detail-oriented.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields is desired.
