Window Treatment & Tinting Sales & Operations - Travel is local. Some travel to south Florida to our other location for training.

Do you have Window Tinting or Window Coverings experience and are looking for growth opportunities into management and operations? This could be the position for you.

We are looking for a sales and business development driven individual that with our support can help grow a new location in our already successful business model. With commissions a good salesperson should easily exeed $100-$130K a year.

Sea Cool is a large window tinting and window treatment company looking to open up a location in the Clearwater/Tampa/Sarasota area. We are seeking a go-getter who is willing to grow with the company and help us grow this location. Our services include window tinting & treatments sales & installations for the residential and commercial markets.

You would be responsible for meeting with potential customers from leads that you generate as well as the leads that we generate, setting up the installation, and closing projects as they finish. The pay on the listing is a BASE salary. There is a commission structure apart from the base salary, total annual salary potential is UNCAPPED. You can make as much as you wish.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Experience:

• Window Coverings/Treatments: 1 year (Preferred)
• Team/Project Management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 2 years (Required)
• Window tinting: 1 year (Preferred)

• English (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
