Position Summary: Shepherd Electric Supply is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our esteemed Counter Sales team. This team plays a crucial role in our continued success, serving customers including Electrical Contractors, Mechanical, and Facility Service workers.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay: $22.00-$24.00
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment, supporting multiple product lines.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor, conduct, and appearance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with part identification, providing quotes, and order processing.
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Participate in training to enhance and maintain knowledge of electrical products.
- Fulfill other assigned tasks as directed by the Leadership team.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: 1 - 3 years of experience in the Electrical industry.
- Proficiency in computer usage; familiarity with Eclipse software system is advantageous.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift items up to 70 lbs.
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus.
