A Glimpse Into Your New Role
As a Sales Operations Leader, you will work with the Global Sales Leader and other Sales team members to run various sales enablement activities such as data analysis and reporting, training, bid management, forecasting and financial alignment and process improvement.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
- Track and report on the success of sales campaigns, initiatives, and quota attainment.
- Identify and implement process improvements within sales operations to enhance efficiency and reduce friction in the sales cycle.
- Oversee CRM systems and sales tools, ensuring data accuracy and user adoption.
- Work with IT and product teams to enhance CRM functionality and integrate new technology solutions.
- Coordinate with sales enablement to deliver training, resources, and support for the sales team.
- Develop onboarding programs for new sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Collaborate with marketing to equip sales with the latest product updates, materials, and competitive intelligence.
- Lead Bid-Coordinator/team in project managing bid submission
- Help in putting the bid responses and content together
- Create drafts of value proposition/solution for due review by Sales Leaders/other relevant stakeholders.
- Own and drive accurate sales forecasting to guide financial planning and budgeting.
- Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to align on revenue targets and ensure alignment between sales performance and financial goals.
- Track and optimize sales team incentive programs, ensuring they are motivating and align with the company’s objectives.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align initiatives, share insights, and drive revenue growth.
- Serve as the point of contact between sales, operations, and other departments to resolve operational issues and streamline communication.
- Provide feedback and insights to product and marketing teams on market trends and customer needs.

What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or a related role within a BPO, tech, or service-oriented company.
- Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- A strategic thinker with a process-driven mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a team, influence cross-functional partners, and lead initiatives.
- Proven ability to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
- Effective at working across departments and with stakeholders at all levels.
- Understands the needs of the sales team and the end customers, aiming to enhance the overall sales process.
