Job summary:
The Sales Professional (International) is responsible for building / fostering relationships with international accounts to drive incremental global sales. This individual is accountable for the achievement of pre-book and at-once sales goals the implementation and maintenance of applicable sales programs.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and generate new business leads trough target account lists and independent research
- Develop, maintain and track sales leads, goals and target conversion rates to support sales growth
- Drive incremental re-order sales through enhanced communication with accounts
- Achieve pre-book and at-once sales goals
- Prepare reports, proposals and documentation as follow-ups to sales leads and new opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement new program opportunities per international needs
- Manage the implementation, maintenance and success of all applicable sales programs
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, programs, operations, policies and procedures
- Coordinate and strategize independently to define market research and trends
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficient in ERP system, SAP preferred
- Proficient in B2B platform
- Proficient in project management
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prospect, negotiate and close
- Ability to manage multi-territory responsibility with an emphasis on driving results
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and deadline-driven with a strong sense of urgency
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of sales management experience
- Apparel and/or Resort sales experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
