What We’re Looking For:

Competitive, self-driven individuals with a passion for success

Professional demeanor and appearance
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
Basic computer skills for reviewing inventory and customer data
Valid driver’s license
Great organizational skills

Your Day-to-Day:

Engage with customers, providing an exceptional, no-pressure buying experience
Lead RV walk-throughs and demonstration rides
Close sales by working closely with the finance team
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and inventory
Work closely with other departments like service, retail, and finance
Generate fresh ideas to help exceed sales goals and boost revenue
Be ready to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend when necessary—it’s all part of the fun!

What You’ll Get:

Competitive Pay: $40,000 to $150,000 per year
Flexible Schedule: Choose between Tuesday & Wednesday or Thursday & Friday off

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
Sunday: 10 AM - 5 PM

(During busy months, we’re open until 6 PM from May 1st to November 1st)
