Position Overview:
NOVUS Glass, a leader in auto glass repair and replacement, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This is not an account management or order-taking position; we are looking for a proactive sales professional who thrives on generating new business, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a hunter, not a caretaker—someone who is motivated to seek out and secure new opportunities in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Actively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients, including auto dealerships, insurance companies, fleet managers, and other industry partners.
- Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calls, emails, in-person visits, and networking events to introduce NOVUS Glass’s products and services.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients while maintaining a focus on new client acquisition and expanding our customer base.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent NOVUS Glass at trade shows, industry events, and community initiatives to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proactive Sales Mentality: This is a field sales role focused on generating new business. Candidates must excel at seeking out opportunities rather than managing existing accounts.
- Experience: Proven success in outside sales, preferably in the automotive or glass industry.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to engage new prospects and build lasting relationships.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently and managing a sales territory.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.
