Role Overview:

As a Sales Commission Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge refrigeration solutions. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, proposing tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Your ability to communicate effectively and your passion for exceeding sales targets will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients in various industries that require refrigeration and cooling solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while consistently seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose suitable product offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits and features of our refrigeration solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to provide clients with accurate quotes, specifications, and technical information.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts to ensure a win-win situation for both the client and the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to seize competitive advantages.
  • Track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth trajectory.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, or related technical products is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
