The Vice President of Revenue Operations is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the revenue-generating operations within the company. This role witll be responsible for the operational excellence within the sales team, sales strategy, sales enablement forecasting, SFDC discipline, QBRs, Deal Desk, and integrations.

As a Vice President, Revenue Operations, you will:

  • Develop and implement strategies for scaling revenue operations to support company growth.
  • Oversee the design and execution of processes that enhance pipeline visibility and sales productivity.
  • Manage the end-to-end revenue cycle to ensure alignment with customer success and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to forecast and report on revenue targets and outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive operational improvements and efficiencies.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing revenue operations team focused on excellence and accountability.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related strategic role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of success in scaling revenue operations and achieving financial targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with experience managing large, diverse teams.
  • Proficient in CRM and ERP systems, as well as other sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
