Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for selling industrial gases, welding equipment, power and hand tools, and other supplies to customers

· Enter sales data into the computer and research information for customers

· Stock shelves, steel rack, counters and tables with merchandise, and maintain showroom displays

· Research the cost and availability of products as needed

· Maintain a clean, safe and orderly working environment/showroom

· Obtain or transfer merchandise requested by customers to and from other locations

· Ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed, including coding, costing, and pricing

· Ensure all administrative related procedures are strictly observed.

· Other duties as required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

· High school graduate or equivalent.

· Some sales experience is preferred

· Adequate computer skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Must be able to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds.

· Must be able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Bilingual required (English/Spanish)

Salary is dependent upon overall experience. Benefits package include medical (optional dental, vision), LTD, PTO (Paid Time Off), holidays, and 401K retirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
