ASPS provides Security Guard Services, Mobile patrol, Event Security Guard Services, Alarm Response, Concierge Services, Bike Patrol, Parking Enforcement, Loss Prevention Officers, Bodyguard Services, and much more. If you are a long term security guard looking for office environment development, this is your chance for growth. We are looking for someone able to work as a security guard 3 days per week, and office sales / operations agent 2 days per week. With time, your role will move into the office full time, helping in training, scheduling, hiring, and sales.

Schedule: Flexible

Hours: 32-40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $20.00

Job Description

• Excellent in-person/on the phone verbal communication
• General computer knowledge
• Ability to appropriately mediate through difficult situations
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for guest satisfaction
• Must aid in site scheduling, hiring, and terminating staff
• Cold Call and lead development through use of phone sales/email sales/linkedin sales.
• Ability to communicate with staff for training and development
• Ability to develop new sites through software
• Site check in's and guard check in's
• Client relationship building
• Bookkeeping/invoicing as needed.
• Ability to appropriately mediate through difficult situation
• Work as security supervisor for 3 days of the week, go to office 2 days of the week.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Basic Security Training License
• Must hold drivers licence and vehicle
• Must be very good in both verbal and written english
• Must be available to work Evenings
• Completion of High School or equivalent
• Previous experience in a Security position is an asset
• Conflict Resolution Training is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
