We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a strong entrepreneurial drive to spearhead our growth, particularly focusing on our Denver operations. This role is ideal for those with experience in multi-family maintenance and a passion for business development.
Job Description: The Regional General Manager will be instrumental in managing daily operations while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities in Denver and surrounding markets. This dual-focus role demands expertise in operational management coupled with robust business development strategies to capture and grow market share in the competitive luxury apartment services sector.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure high-quality service delivery by managing both employees and subcontractors.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with property and maintenance managers to secure and expand business opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage the Denver-based paint, project, and turnover schedules to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Drive business growth through proactive new client acquisition strategies, including referrals, cold calls, networking at industry events, and participation in trade shows.
- Develop a sustainable pipeline of potential subcontractors to support operational needs and strategic expansion.
- Address and resolve client concerns effectively, ensuring superior client service and retention.
- Lead and motivate a team of subcontractors and employees to achieve and surpass company goals.
- Maintain consistent and strategic communication with the Chief Operating Officer and other key corporate stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, with management experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and client management skills.
- A self-motivated, highly driven individual with a proven entrepreneurial mindset.
- Must be readily accessible and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
