Job Summary
Rently’s Multifamily Sales division is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive enterprise sales into
some of the largest real estate operators and key accounts across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have
extensive experience in the multifamily and SaaS industries, leveraging a full sales cycle approach to win
and grow strategic accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Rently’s value proposition for multifamily operators.
- Leverage product knowledge and industry trends to drive sales and expand key accounts.
- Proactively hunt and farm leads using prior experience in multifamily/SaaS sales.
- Utilize proven sales methodologies (Challenger, MEDDIC, Customer-Centric, etc.) to exceed MRR, quarterly, and yearly quotas.
- Manage accounts within a multi-state territory, maintaining expert documentation and
- communication through Salesforce, Constant Contact, and other sales software.
- Partner with SDRs to maximize revenue and market penetration in designated territories.
- Act as a mentor and guide to Account Executives and SDRs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer success.
- Attend and represent Rently at industry events as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Multifamily SaaS selling experience – REQUIRED
- 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience in multifamily prop-tech (bonus for self-showing/guided touring expertise).
- 3+ years selling enterprise smart home solutions into the multifamily vertical – REQUIRED.
- In-depth knowledge of multifamily operators' challenges at both on-site and corporate levels.
- Strong understanding of multifamily tech stacks and the broader proptech ecosystem.
- Technical sales experience with integrations related to PMS systems, access control, smart home solutions, and self-guided tours.
- Established trusted relationships with previous customers and partners.
- Experience selling into Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts.
- Proven success in planned, tailored discovery meetings and product demos.
- Skilled in contract/proposal/SOW creation and negotiation to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Data-driven, KPI-focused, and a consistent top performer in sales.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Constant Contact, and other sales platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to train and mentor Account Executives and SDRs.
- Highly organized, communicative, and customer-centric.
- 2-5+ years of multifamily experience, ideally in prop-tech.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in Smart Home or Self-Guided Tours (SGT).

For applicants located in California, the salary range for this full-time role is expected to be $8,000-$90,000 per year. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. ?Please note Rently reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications, and that the expected salary range may be different for candidates located outside of California.
