Job Description
We are looking for a director-level product management leader who can join our fast-growing AP automation software client's internal team. In this full-time, permanent role, you will lead, inspire, and mentor a team of 5 Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture. You will oversee the development of deep, comprehensive product marketing content to empower key sales and customer success stakeholders in their engagement.
If you are the right fit, you are a product marketing knowledge expert. You can quickly assess the company environment and master the intricacies of the newest accounts payable and payments software, and ultimately translate technical features into compelling, targeted user benefits. You can effectively partner with sales and customer success leadership to identify knowledge gaps, to create and implement strategies to efficiently scale PMM efforts and processes to support company growth and training needs, and help deliver highly effective enablement programs.
This is an internal FTE role with our fintech client, with a salary and robust benefits. This is a hybrid role, so candidates must be based in Mountain View, CA and willing to be in the office 3x per week. We'll only be able to respond to applicants who meet the basic qualifications for this role.
Required:
- 8+ years of product marketing experience
- 5+ years of expertise in managing and leading product marketing management teams, ideally in high-growth SaaS and fintech environments
- Confidence to manage product launches, to ensure cross-functional alignment and clear messaging, and oversee effective sales and CS training
- Exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and an ability to build strong relationships
- Solid background in creating product messaging that resonates with target audiences
- Ability to establish and track metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of PMM efforts
Salary + Benefits:
- Salery range is $150,000-$180,000 and will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-specific knowledge, skills, and experience
