Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence by selling a diverse array of Hispanic food and beverage products to a wide range of customers, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and mini-markets in the Evansville, IN area. This position requires a dynamic and results-driven sales professional who can build and nurture strong customer relationships, understand their unique business needs, and effectively communicate how Ethnix Group can meet those needs. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring product availability and visibility, and maintaining high customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall success of the team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- In this role you will be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers,
- understand their way of doing business to learn about their goals and priorities to establish how Ethnix groupcan meet them. As a sales representative and driver, you will need to meet and exceed sales targets, and ensure that the products are stocked, displayed, and promoted effectively in our stores.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from visiting the customer, monitoring deliveries, to finding clients to closing the deal and making sure customers are paying their invoices in a timely manner.
- Create new sales opportunities through networking.
- Provide professional consultation in the Latin American food and beverage consumption.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to satisfy our customers and Ethnix Groups reputation.
- Accountable for meeting Ethnix group Accounts Business Unit KPIs and sales budget
Organizational Responsibilities:
You will follow established policies and procedures while monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards related to your responsibilities. Reporting any violations or infractions to the appropriate individuals is essential.
Practicing proper safety techniques in accordance with company policies is vital; you should report any mechanical or electrical malfunctions, employee or visitor injuries, or other safety concerns immediately. You will also identify areas for improvement and proactively suggest ways to enhance site efficiency, profitability, and productivity.
Staying informed about current changes in technology, logistics tools, processes, and industry standards is important. You will participate in internal and external training programs and leverage available resources to apply this knowledge effectively to your role.
Work Hours (may vary by state or location):
This position is scheduled for 40 hours in a regular work week. Hours of operation vary by site and shift. Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled and must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied.

Education/Experience:
Employment history that demonstrates the application and usage of a sales and marketing platform, internet, and CRM platform background sufficient to resolve customer complaints and issues and complete financial records, documents, and reports. Education Bachelors Degree or equivalent is required.
Language Ability:
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, and answer questions in English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Math Ability:
Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages to complete daily settlements, reports and inventory audits and other reporting information.
Reasoning Ability:
Demonstrated ability to apply sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, TEAMS, and spreadsheet management programs in order to complete required reports and employment documents. Proficiency and fluency in using the internet.
Certificates and Licenses:
Current valid drivers license is required.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Routine, local travel may be required to attend training classes, conduct market research, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
