Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Connect authentically with policyholders to understand and fulfill their insurance needs, providing comprehensive and customized advice.
- Sales Management: Handle inbound calls and inquiries, leveraging your expertise to offer solutions that cater to individual client requirements.
- Policy Design: Craft tailored insurance solutions that maximize coverage while addressing specific client circumstances and preferences.
- Upselling Opportunities: Proactively identify and promote additional services or products that align with clients' portfolios.
- Relationship Nurturing: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to The Ellgren Agency by providing exceptional service.
- Continuous Education: Remain informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to offer up-to-date advice and solutions.
Requirements
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Hawaii Property & Casualty License or be willing to obtain one.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service, especially in the insurance sector, is highly advantageous.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
