Your Role
As a Sales Representative, you will:
- Build great relationships with clients.
- Sell sponsorships and company services.
- Work with a team to hit and exceed sales goals.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLE:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively educate clients and close sales.
- Conduct calls, meetings, and follow-ups to meet weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and progress to ensure top-notch customer service.
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values collaboration and results.

NEW EMPLOYEE EXPECTATIONS:
- Learn the sales process, company services, and client management systems during your initial training period.
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily or achieve 5+ hours of talk time to build your pipeline.
- Set 10-20 appointments or client transfers weekly to stay on track with sales goals.
- Work toward achieving at least 5 completed sales per week as you grow in the role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $650.00 - $5,000.00 per week

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
