JOB SUMMARY:

A successful Regional Account Executive Manager will help to nurture profitable program entity/ insurance provider Relationships such that Customers value our premium finance products and services, and we achieve superior, sustainable financial returns. The individual performing this job will be responsible for achieving organic growth and profitability goals based on their Regional AE Team’s assigned book of business and assisting others within the Region in driving results and achieving their goals. The Regional AE Manager will monitor and coordinate the daily activities of their Team to ensure work is completed in accordance with company practices and AE assigned goals. The incumbent will also mentor/coach their Account Executive Team on their books of business which includes national accounts and/or more complex Relationships. A successful Regional AE Manager possesses strong leadership skills, customer service skills, superior communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the understanding of and mentoring/coaching on company loan documentation and state premium finance requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assess team results, complete performance evaluations and merit reviews, and mentor associates.
  • Coordinate and approve time off requests within the Team.
  • Work with Regional Management/Leaders on AE Team book assignments and adjustments as warranted by Regional business needs.
  • Help develop standardized policies and procedures in conjunction with Regional and National Leaders/Management.
  • Implement, monitor, and modify as needed the standardized National/Regional AE Team out of office back up procedure.
  • Achieve key performance indicators in the areas of earned net margin, amount financed, loan units, Relationship growth, late charge revenue, cancellation ratios and charge-off activity on the Team’s assigned book of business.
  • Collaborate with Regional Management and Sales Executives in driving growth by prospecting and acquiring new Relationships while mentoring/coaching Regional AE Team on efficient onboarding and their participation in closing the sale.
  • Mentor/Coach Regional Team to train Relationships on submitting all required documentation for execution so that premium finance agreements will arrive complete for booking efficiently. They will work closely with Regional Agency Services Manager to ensure proper set up.
  • Mentor/Coach Regional Team to service Relationships by providing premium finance quotations in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner.
  • Conduct Relationship visitations on Regional Team Relationships, as scheduling permits, to strengthen and enhance Relationships; either by accompanying the Account Executive, Sales Executive or visiting independently after coordination with the Sales Executive and/or Regional Management/Leader.
  • Follow up with Team on all new, renewal and additional premium quotes issued, within dollar amounts specified by Regional Management/Leaders until final determination of opportunity is resolved using Salesforce Dashboard and AEA Followup.
  • Ensure Team is contacting Relationships on lost business from the previous year and renewals, within dollar amounts specified by Regional Management/Leaders until final determination of opportunity is resolved using Salesforce Dashboard and AEA Followup.
  • Participate in meetings with all Regional Account Executive Managers to drive standardizing processes, procedures, and training for Account Executives Nationally.
  • Practice continued communication to AE Team and facilitate monthly AE Team Regional calls for Team collaboration, advisement of new IPFS products/services, training and other National/Regional communications and standardization.
  • Build strong Relationships and communicate frequently with Sales Executive(s) on all Relationships within the Regional Team assigned portfolio of Relationships.
  • Meet regularly with the ROM and MD as required to review Team completed job tasks, future planning, statues of Team assigned book of business, including any concerns or questions about program entities to prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Understand, develop, and maintain knowledge of tools used by our Customers, including but not limited to our website, eForms, email reports, TotalPay, Quivit and available payment options. Effectively communicate the applicable products and services and provide training to the Team on their usage.
  • Provide Legendary Service to all Customer inquiries (external and internal) by responding promptly and thoroughly to all requests.
  • Participate in Continuing Education Credit Classes, as Team scheduling permits, especially when conducted for agencies within Team assigned book of business.
  • Attend local events and trade shows, as scheduling permits, to further establish connections within the marketplace.
  • Be knowledgeable of IPFS’s Best Practices and review procedural changes to ensure compliance with the organizations policy and procedures.
  • Management of associates (both onsite and remotely), including disciplinary actions, development, training, and performance appraisals.
  • Perform various other duties as requested by Management including assistance in coaching, training, and backing up of the other Account Executive Manager in the Region.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Premium Finance Experience or Property and Casualty Insurance experience
  • 5+ years of leading a team
  • Adaptability
  • Enjoys multitasking
  • Good organizational skills

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors Degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $89,000.00 - $119,000.00 per year
