ROLE:

The CrossFit/GYM sales rep goal will be to increase the presence and sales of Ice Shaker in the CrossFit & Gym Space. In this role, the representative will work on our sales team and with our customers to facilitate the sale and provide an excellent customer experience. We are looking for someone that is a crossfitter themselves and loves being apart of the CrossFit Community.

Key Responsibilities:

· Visit CrossFit gyms and CrossFit events to gather leads.

· Reach out to CrossFit gyms and provide product information and customization options

· Set up pre-sales for CrossFit gyms to sell our products

· Put together new sales material, Keep the product catalog current

· Put together a weekly and monthly report on what gyms have been contacted and a weekly report of sales.

· Set up and attend key crossfit events.

· finding new leads - using google, instagram, linkedin.

· Follow up on previous customers that haven't purchased in 3+ months

Knowledge/Skills/Experience

· Experience in the CrossFit/Fitness space

· Proactive and careful attention to detail

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent problem solving and critical thinking abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Southlake, TX 76092: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
