WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Customer Success Manager at Baltic Roofing, you’ll be the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout their roofing journey. In this pivotal role, you will:


  • Lead Management:
    Efficiently manage and qualify new leads, guiding potential customers through our sales process to maximize booking and conversion rates.

  • Set Appointments: Coordinate efficiently with outside sales representatives to ensure optimized schedules, maximizing time and resources.
  • Build Relationships: Become the trusted contact for homeowners from the initial inquiry through to the final Google review, embodying Baltic Roofing’s commitment to respect and quality

  • Set Up Sales Opportunities: Utilize our cutting-edge CRM and tools to prepare sales reps for successful presentations, with ongoing training provided to keep your skills sharp.
  • Follow Up: Proactively maintain customer engagement and secure deals, ensuring that each homeowner’s experience aligns with our high standards.

  • Finalize Job Details: Ensure all project details are accurately captured for a smooth handoff to the production team, reinforcing our promise of quality and reliability.

  • Collect Deposits: Effectively communicate with customers to secure initial payments and affirm their commitment to the project.

  • Ensure Close-Out Success: Deliver thank-you packages, encourage review submissions, and conduct follow-ups post-installation to continue building strong customer relationships.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • No formal education required

  • Previous sales experience in sales is a bonus
