Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• Active Arizona real estate license or in process of obtaining one.
• Proven experience as a real estate listing/marketing consultant or in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends, best practices, and advertising strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, agents, and marketing teams.
• Proficiency in creating engaging written and visual content for marketing purposes.
• Strong analytical skills to assess property value, market demand, and pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• The ideal candidate will have a recent history of listing and selling 5-10 properties per year.
