Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. You will play a key role in increasing revenue by meeting sales targets and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities: - Conduct cold calls and visit potential customers to generate new leads and sales opportunities - Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers - Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule - Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints - Collaborate with sales team members to achieve sales goals - Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors Qualifications: - Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role - Knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques - Strong cold calling skills with the ability to generate leads - Familiarity with retail math for pricing and inventory control - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus - Experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks We offer competitive compensation along with opportunities for career growth.
