Full-time position: Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM
$20.00/Hour + Monthly Bonus Eligibility
On-site: Costa Mesa, CA

Probably Funding is an independent working capital lender dedicated to fueling small business growth across the nation. Probably Funding started in December 2019, as an extension of Regents Capital Corporation, our sister company, with a vision to help business owners obtain the funding they need to grow and nurture their company.

Traditional banking has many regulations which makes it difficult for smaller businesses to get what they need, when they need it. Our team focuses on providing working capital and alternative lending solutions to companies that have annual revenues from $2 million to $200 million. Our goal is help business owners maximize their profit and use our funds to take their business to the next level.

Job Description
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role serves as the entry-level role into a sales career at Probably. Successful SDRs critically think and learn through coaching from their manager, mentors, and build upon/improve their skills throughout their tenure in this program.

You will master the use of the most powerful sales systems and software, while connecting with C-level suite executives across a diverse array of industries like manufacturing, construction, hospitality, and healthcare. After demonstrating consistent success in production and mastering the SDR role, a Junior Account Executive position is waiting for you!

There are 5 core goals and responsibilities of an SDR to help train and prepare you for advancement:
  • Master Probably’s various CRM + Prospecting Systems.
  • Develop functional knowledge of Probably’s products and services.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle objections and challenging call scenarios resulting in a positive outcome for Probably.
  • Meet and exceed application quota.
  • Meet and exceed weekly call goals and impression counts (KPI’S).

Minimum Qualifications
  • Long term interest in a client-facing sales career, cold calls, and other prospecting techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Time management abilities.
  • Competitive spirit, internal drive, and motivation.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to take initiative.
  • Coachable, while enjoys working and learning in fast-paced environments.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
