Salary: $41,000 base salary plus 10% commission rate

Job Description:

MRVL Skin is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the Houston area. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of premium skincare products to clients in the Houston metropolitan area.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Actively seek out new customers through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing personalized skincare recommendations and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to educate customers on the benefits of our skincare products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and customer feedback.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote MRVL Skin products.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a passion for skincare and beauty products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in skincare or related fields.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must submit a professional photo with the application.

Pay: $41,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
