We are looking for a driven and motivated Entry-Level Insurance Sales Closer to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients by selling auto, home, condo, and other insurance products, with a target of at least 40 items sold per month. We offer a competitive compensation structure, including a base salary, commissions, and bonus opportunities. Reps can make over $100,000 within their first year with the right sales mindset.

Salary: $60000 - $80000 per year

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and clients
• Provide live insurance quotes to potential customers
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales
• Close insurance policies and achieve monthly sales goals
• Be outstanding at relationship building.

Requirements

• Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (license must be obtained within two weeks of starting; we offer reimbursement for study materials after 60 days)
• Strong work ethic with a hunger for success
