Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client acquisition and expand Home Instead’s presence in Crystal Lake and Barrington.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and local organizations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on growing partnerships that align with our mission.
- Actively promote Home Instead’s services through networking, events, and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Work closely with our leadership team to execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive referrals.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally in the healthcare or service industry.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A self-starter who is highly motivated and goal-driven.

- Ability to analyze market trends and develop growth strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, and sales
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships
- Experience in marketing or related field is a plus
