Position: Account Manager
Our team seeks a motivated, knowledgeable, and talented Account Manager to cultivate relationships while providing a superior client experience. You will be part of a sales team that is responsible for promoting TWG Security services and solutions, developing relationships, and generating business leads for TWG Security while ensuring client retention and satisfaction goals. The ideal candidate will have proven inside sales expertise and demonstrate aspirations toward making an impact in our communities.

Responsibilities:
- Developing client relationships and functioning as a full service client liaison
- Analyzing and expanding business sales toward sustained business growth
- Identifies new business opportunities, and drives outbound communication activities
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Develop a commanding knowledge of our product line, as well as that of our services
- Assist sales team with processes, communication, and administrative aspects
- Update ERP system with sales/prospecting activities
- Contribute to sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Present ongoing solutions/designs to prospective clients with the goal of winning new business including an annual client review of existing assets and business needs
- Assist sales engineering/project management as necessary
- Monitor, measure, and report on quote/sales pipeline
- Assist marketing team as needed
- Provide responsive, concise, professional communication to all customers and other personnel to ensure timely follow-up on all customer concerns and issues
- Generate RFI’s and other formal correspondence as required
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of RFP’s
- Conduct post-project reviews in conjunction with project management to ensure high client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work experience, education, and training
- 3+ years experience as a successful sales representative preferred in the security, IT, or other technology sales
- Demonstrated success by the consistent ability to meet and exceed quota and customer satisfaction
- Technical experience in video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection (Preferred)
- Available for local travel
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Exceptional client-facing communications & presentation skills
- Passion for inside sales and Account Management
- Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
- Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside the organization
- A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
- Other duties as required or assigned by company management
