Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to support our sales team and ensure a seamless experience for clients throughout their lifecycle. This role is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented individual with a customer-centric approach who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sales pipeline, track progress, and update activities in the company’s CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and data accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitors to provide insights that enhance customer engagement and product positioning.
  • Assist in creating and preparing sales presentations and materials, highlighting the company’s value proposition.
  • Manage customer onboarding processes, address inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with the accounting team on invoicing and collections for a streamlined experience.
  • Capture and communicate client feedback to sales and product development teams, driving new business opportunities and informing product strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on best practices, streamline processes, and enhance training efforts across business units.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro is a plus.
  • Background in marketing, sales, or customer service within a product-focused environment preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a collaborative approach and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
