Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products "in the studio to customers. This consists of breaking down packages sizes ,and amounts , to the customer and explaining in detail what comes with the package . The Pick -up Date the amount to be paid down as a deposit, and a given balance to the client , and it's entirety

Negotiation is key here in upselling , we want the customer to order nearly all their family portraits . This makes you more revenue, as well as the company more revenue . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with families, and also traveling , meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service while getting paid and enjoying life . Easy going , ''NO STRESS", all clients are already pre-booked for appointments , All you have to do is be you, and sell the package .

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products to customers in a professional and persuasive manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on product features and benefits
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

-Memory once taught, packages and prices

-Ability to determine or catagorize criteria range for a customers budget
- Collaborate with the photographers and sales team to achieve overall sales objectives

-Some weekend travel is required , we host malls in Dallas and also Houston

-Home base is Arlington , Tx." Parks Mall"

-Work week flow consists of "Weekends Only" Fridays, Saturdays and return Sundays/ in town or out of town .

We pay and provide Hotel Stay and Travel Expense

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a portrait studio required or background in sales is preferred
- Excellent communicater and interpersonal , people skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in retail math calculations (e.g., discounts, margins, markups)
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

-Must be able to assume sales , and take control of sales , while taking the customers orders

We offer competitive compensation, including commission-based incentives, as well as opportunities for career growth within our organization. Weekend salary for this role typically ranges from $400 to $1200 per weekend . "Depends on how great you are "
