Supplier Success Representative
Calgary, AB
LodgeLink’s Supply & Project Success team has a temp(1 year contract) full-time position for a Supplier Success Representative in Calgary, AB. This role is hybrid - in-office with 20% flexibility to work from home.
This position reports to the Manager, Supply & Project Success and plays a key role in our users’ experience. The Supplier Success Representative is responsible for educating suppliers on the benefits of LodgeLink, teaching suppliers how to best configure their property on LodgeLink and how to handle LodgeLink reservations. The Supplier Success Representative also maintains the accuracy of properties listed on LodgeLink and provides valuable feedback to our product development team on required modifications or new features.
The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering excellent customer service with solid communication skills, strong attention to detail, a curious nature, a can-do attitude and great organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Supplier Onboarding and Education
- Works with Supplier Partners to procure rooms for client projects. Works closely with Project Success Representatives to secure and manage large crew reservations
- Work to provide suppliers with log-in credentials, and educate them to provide their own content on the online marketplace
- Identifies key topics where additional training material is required
- Develops training materials to assist with demonstrations and self-serve learning (done in conjunction with the marketing team)
- Liaise with the Customer Experience, Customer Success, Product and Billing Admin team to communicate with hotels & lodges when missing folios, reservation confirmations etc.
- Register for and attend conferences to promote LodgeLink
Maintain Supplier Inventory on our Portal:
- Work closely with the team to ensure accuracy and integrity of the supply listed on the online marketplace
- Successfully master the front end of our online marketplace, as well as the administration portal, to efficiently build properties, rates, and amenities, and deliver training to suppliers
- Build new properties, update rates, amenities and overall content as required
- Assist with testing of new product features
Qualifications:
- Comfortable developing and delivering impactful presentations and demonstrations
- Willingness to learn the key processes related to booking and managing workforce accommodation
- Willingness to learn basic terminology and process flows related to inbound and outbound room rates, margins and fees
- Attention to detail
- Strong numeracy skills
- Strong active listening skills
- Strong communication skills: internal & external customers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills including a great interest in learning new systems
- Must be fluent in English both oral and written
- Must be willing to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience customer service, dealing with different systems
- Experience working in one of the following industries: software; software as a service; hospitality; travel management companies; travel agencies
