Overview:
Worth harley-Davidson is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and promoting our products to potential customers. Don't ride a motorcycle? No problem, we will put you in a class! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with clients in a fun, never boring, exciting atmosphere.
Duties:
- Shake hands and talk to people.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Go on test rides with customers!
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales transactions
- Learn about Harleys, sit on Harleys, ride Harleys.....
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
