Our founder is a visionary leader who travels extensively and requires a dedicated Executive Personal Assistant to support them in managing their busy schedule and diverse business interests.
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate the entrepreneur's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research on various topics as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Anticipate the entrepreneur's needs and proactively address them.
- Coordinate with other team members and external partners as necessary.
- Handle ad-hoc requests and projects on short notice.
- Skills:
- Proficient in computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with data entry and document management
- Excellent communication skills and phone systems knowledge
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms
- Ability to coordinate projects efficiently
