SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVE
As a Commissioned Sales Representative at Herbal Goodness, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by identifying and engaging with large and small-scale retailers in the USA, Canada, and the UK. You will build and nurture relationships, promote our products/services, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Research: Identify potential retailers in the USA, Canada, and the UK, understanding their needs, market trends, and competition.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to the needs of retailers, showcasing the value of our products/services. Introduces promotions and new products to customers. Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals with retailers, ensuring that sales targets and revenue goals are consistently met or exceeded.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to the management team.
- Commission Management: Accurately track and manage commission earnings, ensuring prompt and transparent commission payments.
- Locates merchandise for retailers and places orders, where necessary
- Stays up to date with sales trends for better service and achievement of sales
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record of success in commissioned sales, preferably within the retail health and wellness industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to adapt to different market dynamics and customer profiles.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
