Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand referral networks and partnerships with military, first responder organizations, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as VA hospitals, EAP programs, law enforcement agencies, and fire departments.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and target markets aligned with the company's mission and services.
  • Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure alignment between business goals and patient care quality.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and community outreach initiatives to enhance visibility and build trust.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine business strategies and improve service offerings.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, using key metrics to assess success.
  • Promote our evidence-based services, such as trauma therapy, addiction recovery, and counseling tailored to the needs of military and first responders.
  • Act as an advocate for the company’s mission, emphasizing our veteran-owned and operated ethos.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in business development, sales, or marketing in the healthcare or mental health field, with a preference for experience in military or first responder-focused programs.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with mental health and addiction services, trauma-informed care, and the unique needs of military personnel, veterans, and first responders.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and execute plans effectively.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and measuring success.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
