INDUSTRIAL OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - CENTRAL FLORIDA

As an Industrial Sales Representative, you will be part of a trusted team of spray application advisors, collaborating with customers to solve manufacturing process challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Maintain existing client relationships through regular visits to support existing operational needs and propose new, innovative solutions.
  • Continue to expand new business opportunities in our Louisiana market.
  • Increase market share and sales by consulting with customers process needs and technical application support.
  • Conduct events such as Lunch & Learns, audits, seminars, and demonstrations to educate and engage customers.
  • Coordinate with our engineering/business development teams to communicate feedback and new product opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify potential sales opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years of industrial sales experience (food processing, petrochemical, paper, wood/lumber, etc.)
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with pumping, piping, controls, or maintenance is beneficial.
  • Strong customer management skills, including a passion for sustainability, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication of solution value.
  • Reliable, organized, inquisitive, and ambitious with a track record of achieving sales results.
  • Proficiency in CRM, Power BI, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Up to 70% local travel required for client visits and new sales opportunities in your territory.
  • Ability to accommodate overnight travel, when necessary.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid state drivers’ license required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Industrial Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Customer Relationship Management: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Technical Product Support: 2 years (Preferred)
  • CRM, PowerBI: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
