What You'll Be Doing
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Set goals and KPIs to inspire and drive your team to greatness.
- Share your wins (and lessons learned!) with senior management in regular updates.
- Use data and insights to continuously refine and optimize your game plan.
Lead Generation
- Be a relationship-building rockstar—network your way into key opportunities.
- Spot prospects, build rapport, and support nurturing them into becoming Customers.
- Team up with marketing and sales to create winning strategies that close deals and drive results.
Strategic Planning and Market Research
- Scout new markets, uncover customer needs, and stay ahead of software industry trends.
- Design and execute bold business development strategies that smash company goals.
- Stay ahead of the competition and effectively identify and execute strategies that result in competitive wins.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work hand-in-hand with product and marketing teams to connect customer needs with our stellar solutions.
- Share feedback and insights from the field to refine outreach efforts and innovate like a pro.
What You Bring to the Table
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (bonus points for an MBA).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the tech or software space.
- A knack for understanding software products, NetSuite, SaaS, or IT services like the back of your hand.
- Stellar communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A self-starter attitude with a collaborative spirit—you're ready to tackle challenges with a smile.
- Mastery of CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Data-savvy with an analytical mindset that turns numbers into actionable insights.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and crushing goals.
