Job Overview:

We are offering a yearly salary and an incredibly generous monthly commission compensation package. We are seeking a dynamic highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team as a new territory "Market Development Manager". We have territories throughout the state of Florida available for The ideal candidate who will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through business development, account management, and effective negotiation strategies in the sales sector. Candidate must have experience in the real estate market with a proven solid book of business and the ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Leverage your existing network and relationships to generate leads and drive sales.
- Manage client accounts and build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Meet or exceed monthly submission targets and ensure a minimum of ten monthly closings.
- utilize your network and expertise to generate leads cultivate relationships, negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in the title industry sales with a strong portfolio of satisfied clients.
- Strong ability to negotiate and effectively close deals and build long term relationships.
- Knowledge of title insurance, real estate transaction and related legal process preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
