Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Marketing
Representative to join our team in the water and fire damage restoration industry. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, building strong client
relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote
water and fire damage restoration services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and
networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance professionals, and
other key stakeholders.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery and
customer satisfaction.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the water and fire
damage restoration industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with insurance processes related to water and fire damage restoration
is a plus.
Compensation:
