If you are a sales-oriented professional with a passion for photography, business growth, and leadership, this position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside our studio manager and contribute to the continued success of an established business.

Position Overview:

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the day-to-day operations of T.Sedore Photography. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a leadership position, possesses strong communication skills, and has a proven track record in sales. While photography experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory, as we welcome individuals with fresh perspectives and a go-getter mentality.

Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day business operations, focusing on sales and revenue generation.
- Work alongside the studio manager to ensure smooth scheduling, phone communication, and bookkeeping.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
- Utilize strong sales skills to attract new clients, drive business growth, and increase revenue.
- Bring fresh and innovative ideas to enhance the creative direction and growth of the business.
- Maintain organizational excellence to ensure efficient workflows and timelines.
- Collaborate with the studio manager to balance operational tasks, allowing a focus on sales and growth.

Requirements:

- Proven leadership experience in a sales-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and revenue generation.
- High energy, dynamic personality with a go-getter attitude.
- Photography experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Salary: $1,500.00-$10,000.00 per month
