Biz Fund Network specializes in providing tailored financial solutions, including SBA loans and cash advances, to help small businesses thrive. Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Outreach:** Identify and reach out to potential businesses that may benefit from cash advance solutions.

2. **Sales Presentations:** Present cash advance products to clients, explaining how they can help with cash flow issues or business expansion.

3. **Relationship Building:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.

4. **Needs Assessment:** Conduct assessments to understand clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate cash advance options.

5. **Negotiation:** Negotiate terms and conditions of cash advance agreements, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.

6. **Follow-up:** Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely payments and address any concerns.

7. **Reporting:** Track sales metrics and provide reports on performance, client feedback, and market trends.

Skills Required:

- **Sales Experience:** Previous experience in sales, particularly in financial services or cash advance, is highly beneficial.

- **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.

- **Relationship Management:** Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

- **Analytical Skills:** Understanding of financial products and the ability to analyze clients' needs.

- **Negotiation Skills:** Confidence in negotiating terms that meet both client and company objectives.

Ideal Background:

Candidates often come from backgrounds in finance, sales, or business development. Familiarity with cash advance products and the regulatory environment can be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay

Ability to Commute:

  • Jersey City, NJ 07302 (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
