Job Overview
The Multifamily Business Development Executive will be responsible for growing our trash valet service business within the multifamily housing sector. This individual will develop strategic relationships with property owners, management companies, and other stakeholders, aiming to expand market share and build long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional with a deep understanding of multifamily operations, a proven track record of closing B2B deals, and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the multifamily housing sector.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue through new client acquisitions and market expansion.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property managers, owners, and management companies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Present and articulate the value proposition of our valet trash service to decision-makers.
- Sales and Revenue Generation
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies that align with revenue goals.
- Market and Industry Expertise
- Stay current on industry trends, multifamily operations, and potential regulatory impacts.
- Gather and share insights with internal teams to improve services and align offerings with market needs.
- Reporting and CRM Management
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and record sales activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales metrics, pipeline status, and projections to management.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities to stay updated on company offerings and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably within the multifamily or property management industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Skills:
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients at all levels.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Attributes: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with facilities management services, trash valet, or other amenities tailored to multifamily properties.
- Knowledge of multifamily leasing, property management operations, and resident services.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
